摘 要:鉴于船用升降机在摇摆状态下理论受力分析的复杂性,通过对船用载货升降机进行动力学建模仿真,分析船用载货升降机在无横纵摇、仅横摇、仅纵摇、横纵摇及偏载加横纵摇等5种工况下,钢丝绳及各滚轮的受力大小及规律。该方法不仅能减少复杂的理论计算过程,还能实时了解升降机在工作过程中的受力状态,大大缩短产品设计开发周期。In view of the complexity of theoretical force analysis of ship elevator in rolling state,through dynamic modeling and simulation of ship elevator,the force magnitude and law of wire rope and each roller of ship elevator in 5 working conditions of no rolling and pitching,rolling only,pitching only,rolling and pitching,and eccentric load plus rolling and pitching are analyzed.The method can not only reduce the complicated theoretical calculation process,but also real-time understand the force state of the elevator in the working process,and greatly shorten the product design and development cycle.
