摘  要:针对钢筋腐蚀失效是混凝土结构开裂和剥落的主要原因,介绍了一种耐海洋大气腐蚀钢筋的制备技术。通过对电炉冶炼、LF钢包精炼、连铸和热轧过程的严格控制,并辅以适当的热处理工艺,制备出耐腐蚀钢筋试样,对其进行力学性能和耐腐蚀性能测试。结果表明:试样的力学性能优于国标,且耐腐蚀性能较好,达到1200 h无腐蚀现象。In view of the corrosion failure of steel bars is the main reason of cracking and spallation of concrete structures,a kind of preparation technology of steel bars resistant to ocean atmospheric corrosion is introduced.Through the strict control of the process of electric furnace smelting,LF ladle refining,continuous casting and hot rolling,and with the appropriate heat treatment process,the corrosion-resistant reinforcement samples were prepared,and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the samples were tested.The results show that the mechanical properties of the samples are better than the national standard,and the corrosion resistance is good,and there is no corrosion phenomenon at 1200 h.
