摘　　要：介绍了砂眼的特征、产生的部位,分析了砂眼产生的内、外部原因,提出防止耐火材料从外部落入型腔、提高型壳的质量和改善产品结构及浇注系统是防止熔模铸件出现砂眼缺陷的主要对策。This paper introduces the characteristics and position of the sand hole,analyzes the internal and external causes of the sand hole,and puts forward the main countermeasures to prevent the sand hole defect in investment castings,such as preventing the refractory material from falling into the cavity from the outside,improving the quality of the shell and improving the product structure and pouring system.
