摘　　要：目的分析CYP19基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症的相关性研究。方法选取2019年7—12月进行手术治疗的80例子宫内膜异位症患者作为试验组,选择同一时间段进行手术治疗的80例其他妇科疾病的患者作为对照组。对所有患者进行随访观察1年,分别比较两组患者的受孕率、复发率、出院前及复诊1年时疼痛程度评分、复诊1年时CYP19基因型和等位基因型的频率。结果两组患者治疗之后的受孕率和复发率差异无统计学意义;两组患者出院前疼痛差异无统计学意义,复诊1年时差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;复诊1年时两组患者的CYP19基因型比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,CYP19等位基因型频率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论CYP19基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症有相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between CYP19 gene polymorphism and endometriosis.Methods 80 patients with endometriosis who underwent surgery in our hospital From July to Decemder 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 80 cases with other gynecological diseases who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital at the same time period were selected as the control group.All patients were followed up for 1 year,and the fertility rate,recurrence rate,pain score before discharge and 1 year of return visit,and the frequency of CYP19 genotype and allele at 1 year of return visit were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the fertility rate and recurrence rate after treatment between the two groups of patients.The difference in pain before discharge was not significant between the two groups of patients,and the difference was significant at the 1-year follow-up,P<0.05.At 1-year follow-up,the difference of CYP19 genotype between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of CYP19 allele frequency was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between CYP19 gene polymorphism and endometriosis.
