摘 要:目的观察新生儿高胆红素血症患儿给予强光疗的疗效。方法采用分层随机法将我院于2017年7月—2020年1月期间接收的30例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿分为参照组和研究组,其中参照组15例,给予传统光疗,使用蓝光灯,波长设置为425~475 nm,光强度设置为10~12μW/(cm^(2)·nm);研究组15例,给予强光疗,使用白光灯,波长设置为400~550 nm,光强度设置为35~45μW/(cm^(2)·nm),两组均照射24 h,间歇12 h,照射12 h,循环该形式2次,对比两组患儿总光疗时间、黄疸缓解时间、总胆红素、间接胆红素。结果经对比显示研究组总光疗时间、黄疸缓解时间均较参照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经对比显示研究组总胆红素、间接胆红素水平较参照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿高胆红素血症患儿给予强光疗可缩短光疗时间,促进黄疸消退,同时改善患儿总胆红素、间接胆红素水平。Objective To observe the effect of intense light therapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 30 neonatal hyperbilirubinemia patients in our hospital from July 2017 to January 2020 were divided into the control group and the study group by stratified random method.The control group(n=15)received traditional phototherapy with blue light at a wavelength of 425~475 nm and a light intensity of 10~12μW/(cm^(2)·nm).In the study group,15 cases were treated with intense phototherapy,using white light lamp with wavelength of 400~550 nm and light intensity of 35~45μW/(cm^(2)·nm).The two groups were irradiated for 24 h,12 h and 12 h respectively,and this form was repeated twice.The total phototherapy time,the remission time of jaundice,total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin were compared between the two groups.Results The total phototherapy time and jaundice remission time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison showed that the levels of total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive phototherapy in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can shorten the time of phototherapy,promote the regression of jaundice,and improve the levels of total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin.
