防晒护理在皮肤激光美容术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察对皮肤激光美容术后患者的护理中采用防晒护理的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年12月期间,在我院行皮肤激光美容术的患者92例,将他们作为研究对象,将他们随机均分为两组,即对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组于术后采取常规护理,观察组术后采取防晒护理,比较两组并发症和满意度。结果观察组满意率是95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%;观察组并发症6.52%,低于对照组21.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对皮肤激光美容术后患者的护理中,采用防晒护理措施,可减少术后并发症,促进皮肤恢复,提高患者满意度,效果显著。Objective To observe the application effect of sun protection in the nursing of patients after laser skin cosmetology.Methods From August 2016 to December 2018,92 cases of patients underwent laser skin cosmetic surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after the operation,and the observation group received sun protection after the operation.The complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.65%,higher than that of the control group(80.43%).Complications in the observation group were 6.52%,lower than that in the control group(21.74%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients after skin laser cosmetology,the adoption of sunscreen nursing measures can reduce postoperative complications,promote skin recovery,improve satisfaction of the patients,the effect is significant.
