摘　　要：以文献法和调查法为主要研究的方法;以伦理学中的行为活动中的理智概念为理论基础,以护理的责任从哪来,护理责任的缘由即护理工作本身什么样活动,护理责任和特征是什么为研究思路;试就护理责任产生的基础、条件和护理责任的概念、内容、表现和特征等进行研究。研究认为,护理是理论理智、技艺理智和实践理智相统一的人类活动,护理的专业性即护理的理论性、技术性和程序性是以理论理智和技艺理智为主,护理的人道性即护理的人际性和责任性是以实践理智为主。护理责任是对人性的敬畏、对护理职业的认同和对护理规则尊重的情感体现和由此情感上升为一种向上向前的生命力量,是护士优秀品质的体现,是护理活动的高级形式。护理责任的主要表现是审慎,其特征是自觉性,是一种自律而不是他律。The main research methods are literature and investigation.On the theoretical basis of the concept of understanding in action in ethics,on the basis of where the responsibility of nursing comes from,the reason of the responsibility of nursing is what kind of activity of nursing work itself,and what are the nursing responsibilities and characteristics for the research ideas.This paper tries to study the basis,condition and concept,content,performance and characteristics of nursing responsibility,the research thinks that nursing is the human activity that the theoretical reason,the technical reason and the practical reason,the specialty of nursing,namely the theoretical,technical and procedural nature of nursing,is based on theoretical reason and technical reason,the humanitarianism of nursing is that the interpersonal and responsibility of nursing is based on practical reason,nursing responsibility is the emotional embodiment of the awe of human nature,the recognition of nursing profession and the respect for nursing rules,and the emotional rise to an upward and forward life force.It is the embodiment of the excellent quality of nurses and the advanced form of nursing activities.The primary manifestation of nursing responsibility is prudence,it’s characteristic is consciousness,is a kind of self-discipline rather than heteronomy.
