摘 要:科学的评标方法影响着装配式建筑市场的正常秩序和投资收益,为使评标决策更加合理,构建了基于标准离差-G1赋权和Z-Number-TOPSIS法的装配式建筑项目评标决策模型。研究从装配式建筑项目的特征和招标评标中的现存问题出发建立了适用于装配式建筑项目的评标指标体系;并通过标准离差和G1法的有机结合进行组合赋权,减轻了主、客观偏差影响;考虑到指标的模糊不确定性会给评标决策带来负作用,同时兼顾评标人认知结果的可靠性,引入了Z-Number模糊数概念,进而提出一种改进的TOPSIS评标模型。最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和稳定性,便于决策者掌握。Scientific bid evaluation methods affect the normal order and investment income of the clothing matching construction market.In order to make the bid evaluation decision more reasonable,a bid evaluation decision model of assembly construction project based on standard deviation-G1 weighting and Z-Number-TOPSIS method is constructed.Based on the characteristics of prefabricated construction projects and the existing problems in bidding and evaluation,this paper establishes a bid evaluation index system for prefabricated construction projects,and through the organic combination of standard deviation and G1 method,it can reduce the subjective and objective deviation of the weight.Considering that the fuzzy uncertainty of the index will bring negative effect to the bid evaluation decision-making,and the reliability of the cognitive results of the evaluators,the concept of Z-Number fuzzy number is introduced,and an improved TOPSIS bid evaluation model is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness and stability of the method are verified by an example,which is easy for decision makers to master.
