基于“脑肠相通”理论探讨调和胃肠治疗感音神经性聋的机理

摘　　要：感音神经性聋是耳科常见疑难疾病,发病率逐年上升,发病原因和形成机制尚不明确,众多学者普遍认为神经性耳聋的发病可能起源于外周,发展和维持与不同的中枢有紧密联系,包括中枢直接连接改变或新神经环路的建立。西医治疗综合药物、心理及物理方式,疗效欠佳。祖国医学里,针灸和汤剂从调和胃肠角度治疗感音神经性耳聋有一定疗效,其成效的微观机制有待进一步探索。故本文基于“脑肠相通”理论,探讨调和胃肠治疗感音神经性耳聋的机理,认为肠道菌群或为其重要靶点,改善肠道屏障及情绪状态为重要途径。Sensorineural deafness is common and refractory disease,otology incidence increased year by year,causes and formation mechanism is not clear,many scholars generally agree that the onset of nerve deafness may originate from peripheral,develop and maintain has close ties with different central,including direct connection changes or new central for the establishment of the neural circuits.Western medicine treatment of drug,psychological and physical methods,the effect is poor.In Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion and decoction have certain effect on sensorineural deafness from the perspective of harmonizing gastrointestinal tract,and the microscopic mechanism of their effect remains to be further explored.Therefore,based on the theory of“brain-gut connection”,this paper discusses the mechanism of mediating gastrointestinal therapy for sensorineural deafness,and holds that intestinal flora may be an important target,and improving intestinal barrier and emotional state is an important approach.
