平卧菊三七扦插繁殖切口形状对植株根系影响的初步研究

摘　　要：本文对平卧菊三七扦插繁殖插穗切口形状对植株根系影响进行了初步研究,结果表明:平切口、斜切口、马耳形切口的单株平均生根数和平均干重差异不显著,而根系平均鲜重差异较显著。在扦插过程中,马耳形切口处理生成的植株长势最好、成活率较高,斜切口处理次之,平切口植株成活率最低。The effect of cuttings incision shape on root system of Gynura procumbens(Lour.)Merr.was studied in this paper,the results showed that there was no significant difference in average roots number and average dry weight of individual plant among the horizontal incision,oblique incision and the horse’s ear shaped incision.But,there was obvious difference in average fresh weight of root.At the process of cutting,the horse’s ear shaped incision plants grew best,it’s survival rate was higher,followed by oblique incision plants,horizontal incision plants’survival rate was the lowest.
