摘  要:果梢斑螟是红松球果主要害虫之一,为探索其无公害防治方法,以采自林间果梢斑螟幼虫为靶标,对球孢白僵菌10株菌株的致病力进行了测定,从中筛选出2株对果梢斑螟幼虫有较高致病力的菌株。结果表明:A3菌株的毒力最高,其处理后10 d的LC_(50)为2.97×10^(5)个·mL^(-1),含1×10^(7)个·mL^(-1)菌液的LT_(50)为4.13 d,对果梢斑螟表现出较强的致病力,具有一定的开发前景。Dioryctria pryer i was one of the main pests of Pinus koraiensis cones,in order to explore its pollution-free control methods,targeted with the larvae of Dioryctria pryeri from the forest,the pathogenicity of 10 strains of Beauveria bassiana was determined,and 2 strains with higher pathogenicity to the larvae were selected.The results showed that A3 had the highest virulence among these strains,the LC_(50)(10 days)was 2.97×10^(5) spores·mL^(-1) and the LT_(50)(1×10^(7) spores·mL^(-1))was 4.13 days,this results indicated that A3 showed strong pathogenicity to Dioryctria pryeri,and had certain development prospects.
