摘  要:《铁路货物装载加固规则》对装车后货物总重心的横、纵偏移量和重车重心高度均有明确的要求。但这些具有普遍适用性的规定在某些情况下会限制铁路车辆的运输能力,无法满足当前铁路货运发展的需要。以刚性加固条件下C 70H型敞车装运重50 t均质货物为例,根据国内外相关规章设置装运工况,利用动力学仿真软件VI-Rail对车辆的运行过程进行仿真,分析重车重心位置对车辆曲线通过性能的影响,进而得到重车重心分布的安全范围。从立体空间的角度研究了重车重心位置与车辆运行安全性的关系,所提出的方法可以根据车辆和货物参数灵活准确地确定重车重心分布的安全范围,对于增强车辆运行安全性、提高货物运输能力具有一定的作用。“Railway Freight Loading and Securement Rules”have clear requirements for the lateral and longitudinal offset of the gravity center of goods as well as the vertical distance of the combined gravity center(CGC)of the loaded wagon to the rail.However,such universal rules would restrict the transportation capacity of wagons in some cases so as to dissatisfy the requirement of current railway freight transportation.In the case of C70H open-top wagon loading 50 tons of homogeneous goods under fixed restraint,the loading and running conditions were designed based on relevant regulations at home and abroad.The dynamics simulation software of VI-Rail was used to perform simulations for the vehicle operation to analyze the effect of CGC location on vehicle curving performance to demonstrate the safety range of the CGC distribution.This paper studied the three-dimensional relationship between the location of wagon’s CGC and the running safety.The proposed method can figure out the safety range of the distribution of CGC flexibly and accurately according to the parameters of wagon and cargo.Consequently,the vehicle running safety and freight transport capacity can be improved to some extent.
