摘　　要：舌苔是口腔菌群的主要集散地,舌苔菌群能够反映机体病理生理变化。口腔微生态子系统与肠道微生态子系统是一个有机联系的整体,口腔菌群与肠道菌群可借助经络循行和消化道实现口-肠联系。中医认为,舌苔是由脾胃之气熏蒸谷气上承舌面而成,所以脾胃之气的生、衰、死,均可从舌苔的变化中反映出来。菌群的种类和数量构成了舌苔形成的基础,也是疾病不同舌象的特征性体现。当脾升胃降失和,口腔环境遭到破坏,邪毒之气可由口腔乘势而下,沿消化道进入食管、胃及肠道,从而导致肠道菌群失调,出现相应的胃肠道疾病。因此,通过舌象及证型的梳理,可间接分析肠道菌群的差异,进而实施干预措施,促进肠道菌群恢复平衡,则症状缓解,舌苔恢复正常。Tongue coating is the main distribution center of oral flora,which can reflect the pathophysiological changes of the body.The oral microbiological subsystem and the intestinal microbiological subsystem are an organic whole.The oral microbiota and the intestinal microbiota can realize the oral intestinal connection by means of meridian circulation and digestive tract.According to Chinese medicine,tongue coating is formed by fumigating the qi of spleen and stomach and passing on the surface of tongue.Therefore,the birth,decline and death of qi of spleen and stomach can be reflected from the changes of tongue coating.The type and quantity of bacteria constitute the basis of tongue coating formation,which is also the characteristic embodiment of different tongue manifestations of diseases.When the spleen-qi rises and the stomach-qi falls out of harmony,the oral environment will be destroyed,and the pathogen and poisonous qi will enter the esophagus,stomach and intestines along the digestive tract,resulting in the imbalance of intestinal flora and corresponding gastrointestinal diseases.Therefore,through the carding of tongue signs and syndrome types,we can indirectly analyze the differences of intestinal flora,and then implement intervention measures to promote the recovery of intestinal flora balance,then the symptoms will be relieved and the tongue coating will return to normal.
