髓亏、气逆、血浊为中风病前三状态

摘　　要：中风病前三状态分别为髓亏、气逆、血浊。髓亏证常表现为耳鸣、眩晕、记忆力减退、懈怠安卧、腰膝酸软,或伴有齿疾、骨密度偏低,脉象多见左脉寸尺皆沉,故治法当以补肾生髓为主,方用左归丸加减;气逆是中风病变前的重要征兆,甚至可加重中风病情或诱发中风后病情的复发,故治疗当补肾纳气,注重调肝健脾,调理气机之升降,方予肾气丸加减;血浊临床常表现为心神不宁,失眠健忘,多梦易惊,头痛眩晕等,治疗应及时化浊行血,方用化浊行血汤加减或化痰祛瘀汤加减。The first three states of apoplexy are marrow deficiency,reversed flow of qi and blood turbidity.The common manifestations of marrow deficiency syndrome are tinnitus,vertigo,memory loss,sluggish sleeping,waist and knee soreness,or accompanied by tooth disease,low bone density.The pulse condition always shows that Cun and Chi of left pulse are deep.Therefore,the main treatment method should be to invigorate the kidney and produce marrow,and modified Zuogui Pill can be used.Reversed flow of qi is an important sign before stroke,and can even aggravate the condition during stroke or induce recurrence after stroke.Therefore,the treatment should be to improve inspiration by invigorating the kidney,pay attention to regulating the liver and spleen,and regulate the rise and fall of the qi movement.Modified Shenqi Pill can be used.The clinical manifestations of blood turbidity are restlessness,insomnia,forgetfulness,dreaminess,headache,dizziness,etc.The treatment should be timely to remove turbidity and promote blood circulation,and the modified Huazhuo Xingxue Decoction or Huatan Quyu Decoction should be used.
