基于“心病治肺”浅谈慢性心力衰竭的治疗

摘　　要：心肺疾病常相互影响,肺虚则宗气虚,百脉皆瘀;肺失宣降则水瘀胶结、闭阻脉络、血瘀水停,逐渐形成慢性心力衰竭。慢性心力衰竭的治疗要将治肺贯穿始终,注重活血与益气并用,使补气而不壅中,攻伐而不伤正,破中有补、补中有行,通过"升补宗气,运化水瘀"恢复肺主气功能;通过"泻肺逐水,去宛陈莝,以利顽疾"使水邪有出路;通过"宣肺平喘,以畅气机,通血脉"畅通气血,恢复心主血脉的功能。Heart and lung diseases often interact with each other.Deficiency of lung qi will result in deficiency of pectoral qi and blood stasis in the channels.If the lung fails to ventilate and descend,the blood stasis will be caused,the channels will be blocked,the blood stasis will stop to circulate,and the chronic heart failure(CHF)will be formed gradually.The treatment of CHF should be carried out throughout the lung disease,focusing on the combination of blood circulation and invigoration qi,so as to make qi invigoration without blocking,attack without hurting the vital qi,thus when attacking,there is invigoration,and when invigorating,there is circulation.The function of lung governing qi can be restored by"raising and invigorate pectoral qi,transporting and resolving stasis";through"purging lungs and dispel fluid,cleaning up the stagnant waste in the body to cure stubborn diseases"make water evil have a way out;through"ventilating lung to relieve asthma to smooth qi and blood",the function of heart governing blood can be restored.
