摘　　要：慢性肾脏疾病病程长久,常因水瘀相互搏结而出现水饮、痰浊、血瘀等病理因素,应用药力平和或药性温和之药物疗效一般。临床可应用以毒攻毒之法,选取药性峻猛或有小毒之药物,准确把握药物使用原则及剂量,使药效有针对性的攻伐慢性肾脏疾病之本,如应用附子温阳补肾以攻水饮之毒;应用雷公藤除湿化痰以攻痰浊之毒;应用水蛭活血通络以攻血瘀之毒,可以降低肾脏疾病复发率,延缓肾脏替代治疗时间。Chronic kidney disease has a long course.Pathological factors such as fluid,phlegm and blood stasis often occur due to the mutual congestion of fluid and blood stasis.If medicinals with mild mature are used to treat chronic kidney disease,the effect is average.In clinical practice,we can use the method of attacking poison with poison to select medicinals with strong or small poison,accurately grasp the principle of use and dosage,so as to attack the root cause chronic kidney disease with targeted efficacy.For example,the application of Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata)to warm yang and tonify kidney to attack the poison of fluid,the application of Leigongteng(Tripterygium Wilfordii)to remove dampness and phlegm to attack the poison of phlegm turbidity and the application of Shuizhi(Hirudo)to activate blood circulation to attack the poison of blood stasis can reduce the recurrence rate of kidney disease and delay the time of renal replacement therapy.
