基于络病学说探讨补肾活血通络法治疗薄型子宫内膜

摘　　要：胞络为络脉之一,胞络为病亦分虚实。薄型子宫内膜的发生分为胞络虚损和胞络不通两方面。因胞络空虚,无血可充,导致胞宫失养为病者当属虚;因寒、热、湿、毒外邪入侵及金刃等不内外因导致胞络气血运行不畅、瘀血内阻、络脉不通而无法将气血输送至胞宫者当属实。薄型子宫内膜的治疗应以通络为主,根据虚实不同,可分为扶正通络和祛邪通络。扶正通络重视补肾,治疗时阴阳同补,使肾中阴阳互根互用,消长平衡,常选用熟地、骨碎补、续断、川牛膝、巴戟天等;祛邪通络以活血贯穿始终,在应用当归、鸡血藤等活血中药的同时,应用川芎等行气类药物以助活血之力,调理络中气血,同时选用路路通、桂枝等辛温通络之品标本兼治,共奏行气活血通络之功。Cellular collaterals are one of the collaterals.The disease of cellular collaterals can be divided into deficiency and excess.The occurrence of thin endometrium can be divided into two aspects:deficiency and obstruction of cellular collaterals.Because of the deficiency of cellular collaterals,there is no blood to be filled,which leads to the loss of nourishment of the uterus;due to cold,heat,dampness,the invasion of toxin and external evil,as well as knife,sword and other internal and external factors,it is excess syndrome that qi and blood can not be transported to the uterus due to the blockage of blood stasis and internal obstruction of collaterals.The treatment of thin endometrium should be based on dredging collaterals.According to the difference between deficiency and excess,it can be divided into Fuzheng Tongluo and Quxie Tongluo.Fuzheng Tongluo attaches great importance to tonifying the kidney.In the treatment,yin and Yang supplement each other,so that yin and Yang in the kidney can be mutually used and the growth and decline can be balanced.Shudi(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),Gusuibu(Rhizoma Drynariae),Xuduan(Dipsacus Asperata),Chuanniuxi(Radix Achyranthes Bidentatae),Bajitian(Radix Morindae Officinalis)are often used.Quxie Tongluo should be carried out through the whole process of promoting blood circulation.In addition to Danggui(Angelica sinensis),Jixueteng(Caulis Spatholobi)and other Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation,Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong)and other medicinals for promoting qi and blood circulation were also used to regulate qi and blood in collaterals.At the same time,Lu Lutong(Fructus Liquidambaris),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi)and other medicinals with pungent,warm nature for unblocking collaterals have achieved the effect of treating both the manifestation and root cause,playing the function of promoting qi,activating blood and unblocking collaterals.
