摘　　要：湿邪阻滞肠道与肠道菌群紊乱密切相关。祛湿药在调节肠道菌群方面具有重要作用,不同类型的祛湿药在调节肠道菌群方面各有其特点:苦寒燥湿类药物可抑制大肠杆菌等致病菌,但多性寒凉,易伤阳气;芳香化湿类药物抑菌作用较弱,多具有促进益生菌生长的作用,淡渗利湿药亦以促进益生菌生长为主。深入研究祛湿药对肠道菌群的影响,有利于针对性地开发以肠道菌群为靶点的中药制剂,为临床诊治提供新的思路;同时,可从肠道微生态的角度进一步剖析中医湿证的本质,丰富中医药理论内涵。现有研究多局限于体外抑菌实验及动物实验,且缺乏相应的临床数据支撑,故今后需进一步拓宽研究思路,及时采用最新的生物检测技术,增加临床实验比例,提高循证医学证据的质量。The obstruction of intestinal tract by dampness pathogen is closely related to the disorder of intestinal flora.Different types of dampness-eliminating medicine have their own characteristics in regulating intestinal flora.Bitter and cold natured medicine for eliminating dampness can inhibit Escherichia coli and other pathogenic bacteria,but it is mainly cold in nature which can be easy to hurt yang qi.The antibacterial effect of aromatizing medicine for removing dampness is weak,and it can promote the growth of probiotics.The main purpose of mild natured medicine for diuresis is to promote the growth of probiotics.In depth study of the influence of dampness removing drugs on intestinal flora is conducive to the targeted development of Chinese medicine preparations with intestinal flora as the target,and provides new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment;at the same time,it can further analyze the essence of dampness syndrome of Chinese medicine from the perspective of intestinal microecology,and enrich the theoretical connotation of Chinese medicine.Most of the existing studies are limited to in vitro antibacterial experiments and animal experiments,and lack of corresponding clinical data support.Therefore,it is necessary to further broaden the research ideas,timely use the latest biological detection technology,increase the proportion of clinical experiments,and improve the quality of evidence-based medicine.
