摘　　要：拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖主要是通过调节白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)等促炎因子的表达,改善胰岛素抵抗,调节机体代谢,同时升高脂肪细胞所分泌的脂联素、分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(secreted frizzled related protein 5,SFRP5)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)等抗炎因子的表达水平实现的,临床应用已经取得了较好的疗效。但目前对于拔罐干预单纯性肥胖的作用机制研究尚不充分,多局限于血流量、免疫、炎症方面,且拔罐的具体操作方法及操作时间均缺乏标准化。今后需进一步加大临床研究和动物实验的样本量,多途径、多角度地进行分析研究,以明确单纯性肥胖的发病和治疗机制,同时深入探索拔罐的具体操作方法、力度及时间,明确拔罐疗效与肥胖度之间的关系、拔罐对炎性因子的影响及其在多种炎症通路中的具体作用等,以便更好地指导临床实践。Cupping treatment of simple obesity is mainly by regulating the expression of pro-inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)to improve insulin resistance and regulate metabolism of the body,while increasing the expression of adiponectin,secreted frizzled related protein 5(SFRP5),interleukin-10(IL-10)and other anti-inflammatory factors secreted by adipocytes.The clinical application has achieved good curative effect.However,the current research on the mechanism of cupping intervention for simple obesity is still insufficient,and it is mostly limited to blood flow,immunity,and inflammation,and the specific operation methods and operation time of cupping lack standardization.In the future,it is necessary to further increase the sample size of clinical research and animal experiments,and conduct multi-channel and multi-angle analysis and research to clarify the pathogenesis and treatment mechanism of simple obesity.At the same time,it is necessary to deeply explore the specific operation methods,strength and time of cupping,clarify the relationship between cupping efficacy and obesity,the effect of cupping on inflammatory factors and its specific role in various inflammatory pathways,etc.,in order to better Guide clinical practice.
