摘　　要：国医大师周信有临证思路为:(1)善抓主症,严格区分主症与兼症的动态变化,从一般矛盾中找出主要矛盾,探究病理缘由;(2)注重准确辨证,尤擅长把握宏观辨证与微观辨证,特别强调无证可辨时的变通;(3)遣方用药,疗效第一,灵活运用效不更方、效必更方、不效亦不更方学术思想;(4)用药安全有效,治病求本,辨明方剂配伍与疗效、药物配伍与疗效、药物剂量与疗效的关系,随时调整方药,最终达到药到病除的目的。Chinese Medicine Master Zhou Xin′s clinical thoughs are:(1)Be good at grasping the main symptoms,strictly distinguish the dynamic changes of main symptoms and concurrent symptoms,find out the main contradictions from the general contradictions,and explore the pathological reasons;(2)pay attention to accurate syndrome differentiation,especially good at grasping the macro and micro syndrome differentiation,especially emphasizing the flexibility when there is no evidence to distinguish;(3)when the prescriptions are used,the curative effect is the most important and flexibly use the academic ideas of not changing prescriptions if effect,changing prescriptions if effect,not changing prescriptions if not effect;(4)the medicine used is safe and effective,the treatment of disease is based on treating the root cause of disease,the relationship between prescription compatibility and efficacy,medicine compatibility and efficacy,medicine dosage and efficacy is identified,and the prescription can be adjusted at any time,and finally the purpose of removing the disease can be achieved.
