石学敏院士针刺治疗贝尔氏麻痹

摘　　要：贝尔氏麻痹又称"面瘫"。根据面瘫经筋病候特点,石学敏院士创立"经筋刺法",提出针刺治疗面瘫选穴以面部取穴为主,针对面部瘫痪肌群确立以经筋透刺和经筋排刺为主的治疗方法。主穴为:阳白四透、地仓与颊车之间阳明经筋排刺、太阳透颊车、太阳透地仓。所选穴位均是手、足三阳经经筋循行于面部的要穴。该刺法可以鼓舞阳经经气,健培气血,促进气血运行,散瘀通经活络,使得面部经筋得以充养,缺损神经功能得以修复。针对患者因面瘫导致的情志不舒,石学敏院士指出,应以解郁除烦为法则,选取百会、印堂、太冲、内关等穴以开窍醒脑、理气解郁、宁心调神。Bell′s palsy is also called"facial paralysis".According to the characteristics of the symptoms of facial paralysis,academician Shi Xuemin establishes the"tendon needling method",and proposes that acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis should be based on facial acupuncture,and for facial paralyzed muscles,it is established that the main acupoints of the facial paralysis muscles should be through tendon Touci and tendon Paici.The main acupoints are:Yangbai(G14)Situo,Yangming tendon Paici between Dicang(S4)and Jiache(S6),Taiyang Touci Jiache(S6)and Taiyang Touci Dicang(S4).The selected acupoints are the main acupoints of the Sanyang meridians of hand and foot,which run along the face.The acupuncture method can encourage qi of yang meridians and strengthen qi and blood,promote the operation of qi and blood,disperse blood stasis,channel and activate collaterals,make facial meridians be replenished and the defect nerve function can be repaired.In view of the patients′emotional discomfort caused by facial paralysis,academician Shi Xuemin points out that it is necessary to select Baihui(GV20),Yintang(EX-HN3),Taichong(Liv3),Neiguan(PC6)and other acupoints according to the principle of releasing stagnation and dissolving depression,so as to induce resuscitation,regulateqi to relieve depression,calm heart and regulate mind.
