摘　　要：慢传输型便秘病机本质为虚、弱、郁,主要在于脾、肾二脏的不足,当从脾肾论治,重在治本,尤重健运脾胃,"运"中求益,绝不呆补;选取脾俞穴、肾俞穴作为主穴埋线,背俞穴作为膀胱经腧穴可联络脏腑、通达表里及调和脏腑气机;同时,足太阳膀胱经的解剖定位深处可见脊神经走行,刺激相应部位的脊神经,可调节内脏功能;兼顾情志调节,防止因情志刺激引起肝的疏泄失常,进而腑气不通而致大肠传导失常。The essence of pathogenesis of slow transit constipation(STC)is deficiency,weakness and depression.The main reason is the deficiency of spleen and kidney.The treatment should be based on spleen and kidney,focusing on the root cause,especially the transportation and transformation of spleen and stomach,and seeking benefits from"transportation and transformation",tonifying but not stasisi.Acupoints of Pi Shu and Shen Shu are selected as the main acupoints for catgut embedding.As a bladder meridian acupoint,Beishu can connect zang-fu viscera,reach exterior and interior,and regulate qi movement of zang-fu viscera.At the same time,the spinal nerve can be seen in the anatomical location of the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang,which can stimulate the corresponding spinal nerve and regulate the visceral function.In addition,emotional regulation should be taken into account to prevent the disorder of liver controlling conveyance and dispersion caused by emotional stimulation,and then the disorder of large intestine conduction caused by the obstruction of Fu qi.
