摘 要:为了解贵州习水国家级自然保护区地衣型真菌的物种多样性,开发和利用物种资源,对该地区进行了初步野外调查,采集标本200余份,在此基础上对这些标本进行了形态学、解剖学、化学、地理学和分子生物学等研究和初步鉴定。本文首次报道了该保护区地衣型真菌有16科22属,其中优势类群为文字衣科(Graphidaceae)、石蕊科(Cladoniaceae)和蜈蚣衣科(Physciaceae)。研究发现贵州新记录种3种,即斑果裂衣(Chapsa leprocarpa)、锡兰裂隙衣(Fissurina cingalina)和扁果黑文衣(Phaeographis platycarpa)。此研究填补了该地区地衣型真菌资源调查的空白,为该地区菌物多样性研究提供了基础资料。In order to figure out the biodiversity of lichenized fungi in Xishui National Nature Reserve in Guizhou,and to develop and utilize the fungal resources,a preliminary field survey was conducted in this area,and more than 200 specimens were collected.Using the methods of morphology,anatomy,chemistry,geography and molecular biology,22 genera of 16 families of lichenized fungi were reported for the first time,among which three new records from Guizhou were found,viz.Chapsa leprocarpa,Fissurina cingalina,and Phaeographis platycarpa.The dominant families were Graphidaceae,Cladoniaceae and Physciaceae.This study fills the gap in the investigation of lichenized fungal resources in this area,and provides basic data for the study of fungal biodiversity in this area.
