摘  要:文中以含电转气装置的电-气综合能源系统为研究对象,在引入分时能源价格引导用户进行用能调整的基础上,建立了一种计及价格敏感型用户用能行为和用户满意度约束的优化调度模型。能源供应商通过引导用户进行用能调整的同时,还要兼顾用户的用能体验水平,模型以包含了对于用户削减负荷提供补偿的综合运行成本最小为决策目标,对系统进行全局优化。以改进的IEEE 39节点电力系统和比利时20节点天然气系统组成的综合能源系统为例,验证了该优化调度模型对于系统经济性的提升。This paper takes the electricity-gas integrated energy system with power-to-gas devices as the research object.Based on the introduction of time-sharing energy prices to guide users to adjust energy consumption,an optimal dispatch model is established that takes into account energy consumption behavior of price-sensitive users and Constraint of customer satisfaction.Energy suppliers guide users to adjust their energy consumption while also taking into account the energy experience level of users.The model takes the minimum comprehensive operating cost that includes compensation for user load reduction as the decision-making goal to optimize the system globally.Taking the integrated energy system composed of the improved IEEE 39-bus power system and the Belgian 20-bus natural gas system as an example,it is verified that the optimal dispatch model improves the system economy.
