摘 要:采用改进的鲸鱼优化算法(WOA)优化充电电流,实现对单液流锌镍电池的充电控制。采用脉冲电流对电池进行充电实验,建立Thevenin等效电路模型并进行参数辨识,运用扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)实现荷电状态(SOC)估算。构建的单液流锌镍电池充电时间-能耗模型,以缩短充电时间、降低能量损耗为目标,采用权重系数将时间-能耗的双目标模型转换为单目标模型;将0~95%的SOC分为19个阶段,并设置相对应的充电电流值,使用改进WOA优化19个电流值,求出最优的充电时间与能耗。在单液流锌镍电池充电过程中,用改进的WOA对电流优化后,与0.5 C恒流充电方法相比,能耗减少了1.58%、时间缩短了2.27%。The improved whale optimization algorithm(WOA)was used to optimize the charging current to realize the charging control of the single-flow zinc-nickel battery.The charging experiment of the battery was carried out by pulse current.A Thevenin equivalent circuit model was established and its parameters were identified.The extended Kalman filter(EKF)was used to realize the state of charge(SOC)estimation.In order to shorten the charging time and reduce the energy loss,the double objective model of time-energy consumption was transformed into a single objective model by weight coefficient.The 0-95%SOC was divided into 19 stages;the corresponded charging current value was set.The 19 current values were optimized by using the improved WOA to find out the optimal charging time and energy consumption.In the charging process of the single-flow zinc-nickel battery,the current was optimized by improved WOA,the energy consumption was reduced by 1.58%and the time was shortened by 2.27%compared with the charging method of the galvanostatic at 0.5 C.
