摘  要:利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)、干筛分法和析气测试等方法,研究锌粉储存条件、储存时间和粒度等对锌表面氧化度及锌粉析气量的影响。在常温储存90 d或恒温25℃下储存180 d后,锌粉表面氧化度明显升高;锌粉粒度越细,氧化度越高;当锌粉氧化度超过0.26%时,析气速度明显加快。在锌粉中外加0.3%固体ZnO,析气量有所增加。The effects of storage conditions,storage time and particle size of zinc powder on surface oxidation and gas evolution of zinc powder were studied by means of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES),dry sieves and gas evolution test.The surface oxidation degree of zinc powder was increased significantly after being stored for 90 d at normal temperature and 180 d at constant temperature(25℃).The finer the zinc powder size was,the higher the oxidation degree was.When the zinc powder oxidation degree exceeded 0.26%,the gas evolution speed was obviously accelerated.The gas evolution was increased when adding 0.3%ZnO solid to zinc powder.
