摘  要:模拟预测电池在现场应用环境下的使用寿命,研究锂亚硫酰氯(Li/SOCl_(2))电池在恒定温度应力下的失效率水平。以阿伦尼乌斯模型为基础,基于恒定应力实验,分别进行常温存储和高温(40℃、55℃及70℃)存储实验,测试Li/SOCl_(2)电池的容量变化率。以图估法推算电池在温度应力条件下的加速因子,结合指数分布,得出电池失效率。Li/SOCl_(2)电池的基本失效率水平均为六级,加速寿命条件下与常规寿命条件下得到的基本失效率数据基本一致。In order to study the failure rate level of lithium sulfite chloride(Li/SOCl_(2))battery under constant temperature stress,the service life of battery in field application environment was simulated and predicted.Based on the Arrhenius model and constant stress experiment,the capacity change rate of Li/SOCl_(2)battery was tested by room temperature storage and high temperature storage at 40℃,55℃and 70℃,respectively.The acceleration factor of battery under temperature stress condition was calculated by graph estimation method,the failure rate of battery was obtained by combining exponential distribution.The basic failure rate level of the Li/SOCl_(2)battery was level six.The basic failure rate data obtained under accelerated life condition and conventional life condition were basically consistent.
