摘  要:对IEC 62660-2:2018《电动汽车用锂离子动力蓄电池第2部分:可靠性和滥用测试》和GB 380312020《电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》的适用范围、测试对象和测试要求差异进行解析。与IEC 62660-2:2018相比,GB 380312020强化了电池系统热安全(热稳定性测试)、机械安全(振动、机械冲击和模拟碰撞测试)、使用环境安全(湿热循环、浸水和盐雾测试)和功能安全(过温/过流/外部短路/过充电/过放电保护测试)要求,很多项目的设置实现了车用电池实际场景的模拟。The differences in the scope of application,test objects and test requirements between IEC 62660-2:2018 Secondary lithium-ion Cells for the Propulsion of Electric Road Vehicles-Part 2:Reliability and Abuse Testing and GB 380312020 Electric Vehicles Traction Battery Safety Requirements were analyzed.GB 380312020 was better than IEC 62660-2:2018 by strengthening the requirements of battery system thermal safety(thermal stability test),mechanical safety(vibration,mechanical shock and simulated collision test),safety of using environment(damp heat cycle,immersion and salt spray test)and functional safety(over temperature/over current/external short circuit/overcharge/over discharge protection test).The simulation of vehicle battery actual scene was realized in a lot of project settings.
