摘  要:以催化重整C^(+)_(10)重芳烃为原料,考察了原料种类和配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类及用量等工艺条件,合成了液体芳烃树脂,开发了高性能导热油、高沸点芳烃溶剂等高附加值产品。以对苯二甲醇为烷基化试剂,最佳工艺条件为:对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,原料芳烃与对苯二甲醇物质的量比为2∶1,反应时间为8 h,反应温度为80℃。以苯乙烯为烷基化试剂,最佳工艺条件为:硫酸为催化剂,原料芳烃与苯乙烯物质的量比为2∶1,反应温度100℃,反应时间8 h。从合成的芳烃树脂中分离出的215℃以下的馏分,符合GB/T 29497—2013中SA-1500型号溶剂油的各项指标,240℃以上的馏分符合SHT 0677—1999中L-QB240型号导热油的各项指标。Using catalytic reforming C^(+)_(10) heavy aromatic hydrocarbons as raw materials,high added-value products such as liquid aromatic resins,high-performance heat transfer oils,and high-boiling aromatic solvents are developed based on investigation of process conditions such as raw material types and ratios,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst types and dosages,etc.Using terephthalic methanol as the alkylation reagent,the test results show that the best process conditions are:with p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst,the ratio of raw material aromatics to terephthalic methanol is 2∶1,and the reaction time is 8 h,the temperature is 80℃.Using styrene as the alkylation reagent,the best process conditions are:with sulfuric acid as the catalyst,the ratio of raw material aromatics to styrene is 2∶1,the reaction temperature is 100℃,and the reaction time is 8 h.The fraction below 215℃separated from the synthetic aromatic resin meets the specifications of SA-1500 solvent oil in GB/T 29497—2013,and the fraction above 240℃meets the various indicators of L-QB240 heat transfer oil in SHT 0677—1999“Heat Transfer Fluid”.
