摘 要:旅行社是旅行服务业和旅游休闲业最为经典的业态,我国旅行社业在近百年的发展历程中,呈现出从旅行社业向旅行服务业拓展的发展趋势,但这种发展仍处于转型阶段。旅行社经营业务边界模糊、挂靠承包、信用缺失、低价竞争等问题长期存在。解决此类问题,可从优化制度环境、构建信用体系、建立垂直分工体系、提高企业品牌意识等方面入手。Travel agency is the most classic business form of travel service industry and tourism leisure industry.In the development process of nearly 100 years,China's travel service industry has shown a development trend from travel agency industry to travel service industry,but this development is still in the transformation stage.The problems of vague business boundary,affiliated contract,lack of credit and low-price competition exist for a long time.To solve these problems,we should optimize the system environment,construct the credit system,establish the vertical division of labor system,and improve the brand awareness of enterprises.
