摘 要:【目的】为玉米甜糯双隐性DH系(由单倍体加倍获得的双单倍体)的利用和甜糯玉米品种的选育提供理论基础。【方法】选取4个糯玉米自交系作母本,6个甜糯双隐性DH系作父本,按NCⅡ试验设计,组配24个甜糯组合,分析皮渣率、支链淀粉含量和单穗鲜重的配合力效应和遗传特性。【结果】皮渣率、支链淀粉含量和单穗鲜重3个性状在组合间存在极显著差异;皮渣率、支链淀粉含量、单穗鲜重的广义遗传力分别为64.85%、79.59%和70.13%,狭义遗传力分别为42.33%、46.87%和43.45%。【结论】DH4、DH3为综合性状优良的DH系,皮渣率、支链淀粉含量、单穗鲜重受加性基因和非加性基因的共同影响,以加性基因为主;3个性状狭义遗传力均较低,不宜进行早代选择。【Objective】The paper is to provide the theoretical basis for utilization of sweet-waxy maize double recessive DH lines(double haploid obtained by doubling of haploid)and breeding of sweet-waxy maize variety.【Method】Four waxy maize inbred lines are selected as female parent,and six sweet-waxy double recessive DH lines are selected as male parent.24 sweet-waxy combinations are matched according to NCⅡtest design to analyze the combining ability effect and hereditary characters of residue rate,amylopectin content and fresh weight per spike.【Result】There is a very significant difference among combinations of three traits including residue rate,amylopectin content and fresh weight per spike.The generalized heritability of residue rate,amylopectin content and fresh weight per spike is 64.85%,79.59%and 70.13%,while the narrow heritability is 42.33%,46.87%and 43.45%respectively.【Conclusion】DH4 and DH3 are the DH line with excellent comprehensive traits.Residue rate,amylopectin content and fresh weight per spike are jointly affected by additive gene and non-additive gene,mainly affecting by additive gene.The narrow heritability of three traits is low,which means the early generation selection is not appropriate.
