摘 要:高压气态储氢是氢能汽车的主流技术解决方案,氢能汽车加氢操作时间应与燃油车加油操作时间相近。但快充过程伴有较高温升,这将诱发环氧树脂剥离、碳纤维失效及气瓶欠充装等问题,故应准确预测温升并给定可靠的加注策略。因此需要关注不同水容积的储氢气瓶,揭示氢气、复合层压板的温升演化,并给定高精度、宽适用范围的温升预测公式。High-pressure gaseous hydrogen storage is a main technical solution for hydrogen vehicles and there should be no significant difference in refueling time between hydrogen vehicle and gasoline vehicle.However,the excessive temperature rise in the refueling process will lead to peeling of epoxy resin,reduction of carbon fiber material properties and inefficient filling,in this case,accurately predicting the temperature rise in cylinder and formulating the reliable filling strategies become necessary.In this paper,the hydrogen storage cylinder with different water volumes was concerned and the temperature rise evolution of hydrogen and composite laminates were discussed to present a temperature-rise formulas with high-precision and wide-range.
