国产镍基合金带极堆焊层的腐蚀性能分析

摘　　要：采用国产Inconel 625合金焊材与进口Inconel 625合金焊材分别进行带极堆焊试验,对照分析两种材料的腐蚀性能,以指导今后相关产品的设计与制造。结果表明:国产与进口Inconel 625合金焊材堆焊后试件的腐蚀性能数据极为接近,国产焊材完全可以达到相应进口焊材的抗腐蚀性能,可以应用于油、气田行业中关键设备的内壁堆焊。Having the Inconel 625 alloy welding materials at home and abroad adopted for electrode surfacing test was implemented respectively,including comparing their properties so as to guide the later design and manufacturing of related products.The results showed that,the corrosion performance data of Inconel 625 alloy surfacing specimens at home and abroad are close and the domestic welded specimens can completely achieve the corrosion resistance of the corresponding imported ones,and they can be applied to the inner wall surfacing of key equipment in oil and gas industry.
