摘  要:将O形密封圈橡胶件置于高压反应釜内,充入CO_(2)加压、稳压再泄压进行气体快速减压橡胶失效实验。实验结果表明,随着压力、减压速度和截面直径的增加,橡胶试样体积膨胀率增大,甚至发生破裂失效;扫描电镜分析表明:橡胶试样内存在大量微孔、颗粒夹杂等缺陷,并在减压过程中膨胀、破裂,产生初始微裂纹。同时,明确了气体快速减压时橡胶的失效机理和影响因素。In view of rubber parts failure caused by rapid gas decompression(RGD),the O-ring sample was placed in the high-pressure reactor filled with CO_(2),pressurized and stabilized to reach dissolution saturation equilibrium and then released at different rates.The experimental results showed that,with the increase of pressure,decompression rate and section diameter of the O-ring,the sample's volume expansion rate got higher,and the surface even blistered and cracked.The further SEM analysis found that,defects like microvoid and solid particle inclusion can be found in the elastomer matrix,which expanded,ruptured and initiated original micro fracture.Through this study,the rubber's failure mechanism and influence factors were determined.
