摘 要:针对流量调节阀流量特性差和压降特性不均匀的问题,利用数值模拟方法研究其节流口的流量特性与压差特性,发现节流口处流道面导致负压并引起压力非梯度变化是影响阀芯流通特性的重要因素。为此,以减小流阻提升流动特性为目标对节流口进行锐边优化设计。通过优化前后流动特性对比,说明倒角、圆角化等制造工艺可以大幅减少流体截面突变,有效提升流量调节阀流动性能,为基于制造工艺设计的流量调节阀性能优化提出新思路。Considering poor flow characteristics and non-uniform pressure drop characteristics of the flow control valves,having numerical simulation method adopted to analyze throttle orifice's flow characteristics and differential pressure was implemented to show that,the negative pressure and pressure's non-gradient change caused by the flow passage surface at the throttle orifice becomes the important reason to influence the valve element,s flow characteristics,therefore,having the throttling orifice designed with sharp edge to reduce flow resistance and improve flow characteristics.Comparing the flow characteristics before and after the optimization showed that,both chamfering and filleting technics can greatly reduce abrupt change of the fluid section and effectively improve flow performance of the flow control valve.This paper presents a new idea for optimizing the performance of flow control valve based on manufacturing process design.
