摘 要:通道布局优化是改善入口流动不均匀性对板翅式换热器传热性能恶化效果的有效手段。建立了基于积分平均温差法的换热器热力学计算模型,提出了基于粒子群算法的考虑封头流动不均匀性的通道布局优化设计方法。结果显示,进入翅片区域的流体质量流量的平均值越低、标准差越高,通道布局优化设计对换热器的热补偿效果越明显。The optimal design of passage arrangement is an effective way to improve heat transfer performance of the multi-stream plate-fin heat exchanger with inlet flow nonuniformity. Based on the integral mean temperature difference method, the thermodynamic calculation model of the plate-fin heat exchanger was established and having the mixed particle swarm optimization algorithm based to optimize the passage arrangement with inlet flow nonuniformity was proposed. The results showed that, the lower average value of the fluid mass flow rates into the fin area can incur a higher standard deviation, and optimal design of the passage arrangement can bring about more obvious heat compensation effect to the heat exchanger.
