摘　　要：采用遥感肌电结合高速摄像同步测试手段,对我国优秀男子铅球运动员冯杰在完整的旋转式推铅球过程中参与动作主要肌肉的表面肌电图(sEMG)进行测试和分析,揭示冯杰在整个技术环节主要肌肉用力的活动特性:右腹外斜肌在最后用力阶段达到最大的收缩强度,这对投掷成绩的高低具有密切的关系;双支撑阶段准备时间充分,更有利于投掷技术的稳定发挥.To test and analyze the surface electromyography(sEMG)of the main muscles of Chinese Elite Male Shot Putter Feng Jie in the whole process of rotartory shot-put by using remote sensing electromyography combined with high-speed photography synchronous test,and reveal the activity characteristics of the main muscles of Feng Jie in the whole technical links:the right lateral oblique muscle reaches the maximum contraction strength in the delivery stage.This is closely related to the level of the results of throwing;the sufficient preparation time of double supporting phase is more beneficial to the stable play of throwing technique.
