摘　　要：充分利用国家“双循环”战略提升吉林省经济实力是一次重要的战略契机,金融支持成为必要条件。本文在对吉林省开放度进行实证分析的基础上通过对商业银行贷款间接融资和利用股票市场直接融资对经济增长支持的实证研究,认为吉林省在商业银行贷款间接融资领域对经济的支持力度仅比全国平均水平略低,主要短板是在利用资本市场直接融资方面力度远远落后于全国平均水平。提出了吉林省构建“双循环”新发展格局的金融对策。Taking advantage of China’s Dual circulation strategy is vital to the enhancement of economic strength in Jilin Province,to which financial support has become a necessity.Based on the empirical analysis of openness of Jilin,this article conducts empirical studies on indirect financing of commercial bank loans and direct financing of the stock market in this province and their influence to its economy.The results reveal that indirect financing from commercial banks in Jilin is only slightly lower than national average,whereas direct financing from capital market is far behind national average,an severe disadvantage for financial support.Under this circumstance,this article proposes new financial strategies for Jilin Province in developing Dual Circulation Patterns.
