某专科医院进修学员管理现状及问题分析

摘　　要：通过分析四川大学华西第二医院进修学员的基本情况,探讨该院目前进修管理中存在的问题,提出该院进修生管理新举措,包括科学制定培养计划、完善进修管理制度以及建立反馈与追踪回访机制,以期全面提升该院进修生管理及教育质量。By analyzing the basic situation of the trainees in West China Second Hospital,Sichuan University,this paper discusses the current problems in the management of the trainees in the hospital,and puts forward new measures for the management of the trainees in the hospital,including the scientific formulation of training plans,the improvement of the trainees management system and the establishment of a feedback and tracking return visit mechanism,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of management and education of the trainees in the hospital.
