摘 要:X井是为南堡35-2S油田剩余油挖潜而计划实施的一口大位移井,该井水平段长度大于4 000 m,水垂比大于3,具有垂深浅、水平段长的特点。钻井技术方案可行性评估是大位移井安全作业的重要前提,合理的井身结构、轨道优化设计、摩阻扭矩和水力参数分析是保证大位移井顺利施工的重要技术措施。利用Landmark软件,并通过已钻井实钻数据反演出摩擦系数对X进行优化设计,结果可知:X井用增曲率剖面进行井眼优化设计,减少了井眼进尺;采取四开次井身结构,套管内摩擦系数0.25、裸眼内摩擦系数0.46对应的244.5 mm套管和114.3 mm筛管下入技术可行,且215.9 mm井段满足井眼清洁要求,优化设计为X井现场的钻井作业提供了技术支持。Well X is an extended reach well planned for exploiting the remaining oil in Nanbao 35-2 oilfield.The horizontal section length of the well is greater than 4000 m,and the HD/VD is greater than 3,which is characterized by shallow vertical depth and long horizontal section.Feasibility evaluation of drilling technical scheme is an important prerequisite for safety operation of extended reach wells.Reasonable well structure,well trajectory optimization design and analysis of friction torque and hydraulic parameters are important technical measures to ensure successful operation of extended reach wells.The design of well X is optimized by Landmark software and using the friction coefficient inversed from the real drilling data of drilled wells.The results show that well X is optimized by increasing the curvature profile,which reduces the borehole footage.The fourth-spud well structure is adopted,it is feasible to run 244.5 mm casing and 114.3 mm screen liner corresponding to the casing internal friction coefficient of 0.25 and the open hole friction coefficient of 0.46,and the 215.9 mm well section meets the requirements of wellbore cleaning.The optimized design provides the technical support for field drilling operation of well X.
