基于资源整合的科技期刊富媒体平台建设的研究

摘　　要：采用文献分析法探讨当前我国科技期刊资源没有得到有效整合、利用的原因,并基于富媒体平台探索期刊资源有效整合的可行方案。分散于各地的科技期刊可以根据各自的行业领域建立专业性的期刊群并共同搭建科技期刊富媒体平台。科技期刊富媒体平台可从以下方面有效整合资源并提高资源利用率:内容增强,以文字、图片和视频等可视化数据丰富阅读体验;兼容性强,可以集成期刊采编、审读、校对、出版、发行、订阅、宣传等多种功能,实现期刊出版流程的网络化、数据化和智能化;期刊集群合力发展,利于提高我国科技期刊的影响力,从而走向国际。科技期刊富媒体平台通过最大限度整合资源,不但可以提高期刊编辑出版效率、传播速度、经济和社会效益,而且可以使得我国科技期刊在内容展示层面与国际接轨。The reasons why the sci-tech periodical resources in China have not been effectively integrated and utilized are discussed by using the method of literature analysis.The feasible scheme of effective integration of the periodical resources is explored based on the rich media platform.The scattered sci-tech periodicals can establish professional periodical groups and jointly build rich media platform for sci-tech periodicals according to their respective industry fields.The rich media platform for sci-tech periodicals can effectively integrate resources and improve the utilization ratio of resources in the following aspects:enhancing content,it enriches reading experience with visual data such as text,pictures and video;strengthening compatibility,it can integrate multiple functions,such as periodical editing,proofreading,publishing,issuing,subscribing and publicizing to realize the networking,datamation and intelligentization of periodical publishing process;clustering and jointly developing periodicals,it is beneficial to enhance the influence of Chinese sci-tech periodicals,so as to move towards internationalization.By maximizing the integration of resources,the rich media platform for sci-tech periodicals not only can improve the editing and publishing efficiency of periodicals,the dissemination speed,the economic and social benefits,but also make Chinese sci-tech periodicals meet the international standards at the content display level.
