多项血清指标联合检测在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探析糖尿病肾病早期诊断中应用多项血清指标联合检测的诊断价值。方法研究病例纳入时间为2019年8月—2020年8月,以40例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,以30例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组血清1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-AG)、8-异前列腺素(8-iso-PGF2α)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),对比观察血糖波动与上述3项血清指标的影响。结果相关性分析可知,8-iso-PGF2α、SOD与1,5-AG指标间呈负线性相关(r=-0.502、-0.293,P<0.01);8-iso-PGF2α与HbAlc、FBG、TC、UA呈正性相关(r=0.275、0.187、0243、0.463,P<0.05);SOD与HbAlc、FBG、TC、TG呈相关(r=0.442、0.446、0.323、0.447,P<0.01)。结论早期糖尿病诊断中对8-iso-PGF2α、SOD与1,5-AG进行监测,可提升诊断准确性,为临床诊疗工作提供有效指导依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of multiple serum indexes in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The study cases were enrolled from August 2019 to August 2020.40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were taken as the observation group and 30 healthy subjects were taken as the control group.The serum 1,5-anhydroglucitol of the two groups was detected(1,5-AG),8-iso-prostaglandin(8-iso-PGF2α),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and compare the effects of blood glucose fluctuations with the above three serum indicators.Results Correlation analysis showed that 8-iso-PGF2α,SOD and 1,5-AG were negatively linearly correlated(r=-0.502,-0.293,P<0.01);8-iso-PGF2αand HbAlc,FBG,TC,UA were positively correlated(r=0.275,0.187,0243,0.463,P<0.05);SOD was correlated with HbAlc,FBG,TC,TG(r=0.442,0.446,0.323,0.447,P<0.01).Conclusion Monitoring 8-iso-PGF2α,SOD and 1,5-AG in the early diagnosis of diabetes can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and provide effective guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
