脓肿穿刺联合切开引流术治疗糖尿病合并深部脓肿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析脓肿穿刺联合切开引流术治疗糖尿病合并深部脓肿的临床效果。方法2015年12月—2019年12月抽取该院糖尿病合并深部脓肿患者140例。依手术方法分组,单一组(n=70)行CT超声引导下脓肿穿刺术治疗;联合组(n=70)在单一组基础上联合切开引流术治疗。比对两组术后血糖控制情况、疗效评价指标情况及并发症发生情况。结果术后与单一组比对,空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖、并发症发生率、脓腔愈合时间、RBC计数正常时间、拔管标准时间、出院标准时间更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病合并深部脓肿患者,应用脓肿穿刺联合切开引流术治疗效果优于单一应用CT超声引导下脓肿穿刺术,临床治疗效果更佳。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of abscess puncture combined with incision and drainage in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with deep abscess.Methods From December 2015 to December 2019 a total of 140 patients with diabetes mellitus and deep abscess were selected from the hospital.According to the surgical method,the single group(n=70)underwent CT ultrasound-guided abscess puncture treatment;the combined group(n=70)combined incision and drainage on the basis of a single group.The postoperative blood glucose control,efficaay eveluation index sitution and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with a single group after operation,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,complication rate,abscess healing time,normal time for RBC count,standard time for extubation,standard time for discharge were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes and deep abscess,the treatment effect of abscess puncture combined with incision and drainage is better than that of single application of CT ultrasound guided abscess puncture,and the clinical treatment effect is better.
