医学图书馆学科化服务的核心要素探析

摘　　要：数字化建设和信息技术的快速发展对于传统图书馆形成极大的挑战,而医学图书馆学科化服务也逐渐成为发展潮流。当前医学图书馆学科化服务仍然处于初步阶段,其中也存在馆员科研能力和意识不到位、信息资源的共享得不到实现、文献信息整合利用能力不足等问题。该文就医学图书馆学科化服务的基本内涵和重要性进行分析,同时探讨其主要的问题,通过分析学科化服务的核心要素为医学图书馆的改进优化提供参考。Digital construction and the rapid development of information technology pose a great challenge to traditional libraries,and the disciplinary services of medical libraries have gradually become a trend of development.At present,the subject-oriented service of medical libraries is still in the preliminary stage.Among them,there are also problems such as the lack of scientific research ability and awareness of librarians,the failure to realize the sharing of information resources,and the insufficient ability of document information integration and utilization.This article analyzes the basic connotation and importance of the disciplinary service of the medical library,and at the same time discusses its main problems,and provides a reference for the improvement and optimization of the medical library by analyzing the core elements of the disciplinary service.
