摘　　要：由于医院所有的医用器材以及各种腔镜和管道使用之后的清洗以及灭菌等工作都由消毒供应中心(CSSD)内的工作人员完成,CSSD内的工作人员频繁暴露在细菌病毒等危险因素中,因此该中心是医院感染的高发科室。严格有效的职业防护和良好的安全应对措施是保证CSSD工作人员安全健康的重要举措,同时也有助于降低医院感染的发生,保障患者和医务人员的安全。该文就CSSD中常见对工作人员容易造成感染的因素及其防护加以分析,进一步提供有效可行的防护对策,减少院内感染。The cleaning and sterilization of equipment and various endoscopes and pipelines after use are completed by the staff in disinfection supply center(CSSD).the staff in CSSD are frequently exposed to risk factors such as bacteria and viruses,therefore the center to have a high incidence of hospital infections,strict and effective occupational protection and good safety response measures are important measures to ensure the safety and health of CSSD staff.At the same time,it also helps to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections and protect the safety of patients and medical staff.This article analyzed the common factors and protections in CSSD that are likely to cause infection to staff,and further provide effective and feasible protective countermeasures to reduce nosocomial infections.
