摘  要:目的探究疟疾传播媒介蚊虫调查及其病原检测结果情况。方法择取2015—2019年某地疟疾发病率较高的检测点为调查地,分析该地民众疟疾发生详情,防蚊用品以及设备使用详情,同时开展媒介中华按蚊与病原学检测情况。结果调查区间内,检测点疟疾患者80例,5年内接受血液检查19842例,人均血液检查率为5.3%。疟原虫阳性者76例,阳性率均值为0.4%。中华按蚊叮人率维持在9~14只/(人·夜)之间。结论有效强化传染源管理为积极控制疟疾疾病传播的重要举措,而中华按蚊密度水平高为某地疟疾疫情反复发生的重要因素。因此相关部门有必要做好控制工作。Objective To explore the investigation of malaria vector mosquitoes and their pathogen detection results.Methods Select the test site with a high incidence of malaria in 2015 to 2019 as the survey site,analyze the details of the occurrence of malaria,the details of the use of anti-mosquito supplies and equipment,and carry out the detection of the vector Anopheles sinensis and the etiology.Results In the survey interval,there were 80 cases of malaria at the detection site,19842 people underwent blood tests within 5 years,and the average blood test rate per capita was 5.3%.76 cases were positive for Plasmodium,with an average positive rate of 0.4%.The biting rate of Anopheles sinensis remains between 9 and 14 people(person Times New Roman night).Conclusion Effectively strengthening the management of infectious sources is an important measure to actively control the spread of malaria disease,and the high density of Anopheles sinensis is an important factor in the recurrence of malaria epidemics in a certain place.Therefore,it is necessary for relevant departments to do a good job of control.
