摘　　要：我国社会主义文化构成极为复杂,其中,医院文化是其中的重要组成部分,医院文化的形成可以带动医院的改革与创新。新形势对医院文化建设提出了更高的要求,医院需要从自身的实际情况出发,妥善处理好党建工作与文化建设的关系,充分发挥党建在文化建设方面的引领作用,提高医院的文化建设水平,以良好的医院文化为人们提供更优质的医疗服务。该文重点探讨了党建引领下医院文化建设的相关策略。The composition of socialist culture in our country is extremely complex.Among them,hospital culture is an important part of it.The formation of hospital culture can drive the reform and innovation of hospitals.The new situation puts forward higher requirements for hospital cultural construction.The hospital needs to seare from its own actual situation,properly handle the relationship of party building work and cultural construction,and give full play to the leadership of party building in cultural construction.It can improve the cultural construction level of the hospital,and use a good hospital culture to provide people with better medical services.The article focuses on the relevant strategies of hospital cultural construction under the leadership of party building.
