摘　　要：目的通过开展临床用药咨询工作,为患者及医务人员提供更加便捷、全面的药学服务。方法回顾性总结患者及医务人员常见的用药咨询及药师解答思路,并阐述药师体会。结果药师应以专业的态度及通俗易懂的语言开展用药咨询工作,以便信息更好地被患者及医务人员接收与采纳。结论药师应把握好转型时机,积极开展用药咨询工作,有效提高医院合理用药水平。Objective To provide more convenient and comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients and medical staffs through clinical medication consultation.Methods The common medication consultation of patients and medical staff and pharmacists'answer ideas were summarized retrospectively,and the pharmacists'experience were elaborated.Results Pharmacists should carry out medication consultation with professional attitude and easy to understand language,so that the information can be better accepted and adopted by patients and medical staffs.Conclusion Pharmacists should grasp the opportunity of transformation,actively carry out medication consultation,and effectively improve the level of rational drug use in hospitals.
