摘　　要：目的探究孟鲁司特辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果及对白三烯水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的60例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,采用双盲法将其随机分为对照组(n=30,阿奇霉素序贯疗法)和研究组(n=30,阿奇霉素序贯疗法+孟鲁司特)。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、白三烯水平、免疫球蛋白水平。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清白三烯C4、尿白三烯E4、IgG、IgA、IgM水平均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果显著,能够降低患儿血、尿白三烯水平,减轻炎性反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its influence on leukotriene levels.Methods A total of 60 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30,sequential azithromycin therapy)and study group(n=30,sequential azithromycin therapy+montelukast)using double blind method.The therapeutic effect,leukotriene levels and immunoglobulin levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum leukotriene C4,urine leukotriene E4,IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups decreased,and those of the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce the levels of leukotriene in children's blood and urine,and alleviate inflammatory reactions.
