中医推拿结合神阙穴外敷消积散对功能性便秘患儿排便情况及胃肠激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医推拿结合神阙穴外敷消积散对功能性便秘患儿的干预效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2018年1月至2019年7月收治的90例功能性便秘患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。两组均接受常规药物治疗,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医推拿结合神阙穴外敷消积散。比较两组的身心健康状态、排便情况及胃肠激素水平。结果干预后,两组的WHO-5各项评分及MLT、GAS及SP水平均较干预前显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的排便不尽感、排便费力评分均显著降低,排便不成功次数均显著减少,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医推拿结合神阙穴外敷消积散可改善功能性便秘患儿的身心健康状况及便秘情况,促进胃肠激素分泌。Objective To explore the intervention effects of traditional Chinese massage combined with external application of Xiaoji powder at Shenque point on children with functional constipation.Methods Ninety children with functional constipation admitted from January 2018 to July 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received routine drug treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese massage combined with external application of Xiaoji powder at Shenque point on the basis of the control group.The physical and mental health state,defecation and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the WHO-5 scores and levels of MLT,GAS and SP of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of feeling with not finishing defecation and defecation difficulty in the two groups significantly decreased,and the number of unsuccessful defecation significantly reduced,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese massage combined with external application of Xiaoji powder at Shenque point can improve the physical and mental health state and constipation of children with functional constipation,and promote the secretion of gastrointestinal hormone.
